Our client is seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters with strong exposure to chemical plants and refineries to support a growing workload in Eagle Farm.
This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform maintenance on:
- Storage tanks (fixed & floating roofs)
- Transfer pumps and meters
- Pipeline systems
- Vapour recovery systems
- Filtration and additive systems

- Conduct mechanical and energy isolations
- Work both autonomously and within a team
- Maintain strong adherence to safety and quality standards

Skills & Experience Fuel terminal environments are high-risk, so safety maturity is essential. You will demonstrate experience with:

- Basic fabrication and instrumentation
- Hazardous area awareness




- Permit to Work (PTW) systems
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Mechanical and energy isolations
- Confined space entry
- Hot work controls
- Strong communication skills and work ethic

Tickets & Licences

- Current Driver’s Licence
- CERT II OR Trade Qualification
- White Card
- Work at Heights (required)
- Confined Space Entry & Gas Testing (required)
- HRWL – EWP (desirable)

Pre-Employment Requirements

- Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Full working rights in Australia
