Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a well-respected Tier 2 civil contractor renowned for delivering complex and technically challenging projects. With a strong pipeline of secured work, they continue to grow, solidifying their reputation for excellence.

Due to recent project wins, we are recruiting an 2x experienced Civil Supervisors to lead the delivery of three waters, earthworks, and civil works projects across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty

You'll be involved in:

- Leading and coordinating site teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
- Interpreting site drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Managing plant, materials, and labour resources to keep projects on programme
- Working closely with engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitoring productivity and holding teams accountable to delivery standards
- Ensuring health, safety, quality, and environmental standards are upheld across all work fronts

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience supervising civil construction crews on infrastructure projects




- Strong three waters background including pipeline installation and associated civil works
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and ensure work is carried out to spec
- Practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Solid understanding of civil construction methodologies and best practice
- A team player attitude focused on positive project outcomes and continuous improvement
