We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor for a 3-month contract on a WA Renewable Energy project, near Perth. This is a great opportunity to step into a well-supported supervisory role with a prominent national civil contracting company on a high-profile renewable energy project, overseeing key civil works associated with foundation reinforcement installation and concrete pours.
The Opportunity
You will be supervising civil works across an 18-turbine wind farm development, working closely with site teams and contractors to ensure reinforcement installation and concrete pouring activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification.
Role Details
- Duration: 3 month contract
- Start date: 27th July 2026
- Roster: 10:4 all-in, all-out DIDO roster
- Hours: 12-hour days (door to door)
- Accommodation: Camp accommodation 15 minutes from site
- Vehicle, laptop and PPE provided
- Excellent hourly rate circa $90-100/hr + Super
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise turbine foundation reinforcement installation and concrete pouring works
- Coordinate daily site activities, labour, plant and subcontractors
- Monitor safety, quality,
productivity and programme requirements
- Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and project standards
- Drive strong communication between site crews, engineers and project management
- Maintain a proactive, hands-on approach to resolving site issues and keeping works moving
About You
You will be an experienced Civil Supervisor with a solid background in civil construction, ideally with exposure to concrete, formwork, reinforcement, foundations or large-scale infrastructure projects. Experience on wind farm, renewables, mining infrastructure or remote civil projects will be highly regarded. You will bring strong leadership skills, a safety-first mindset and the ability to keep crews productive while maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced site environment.
