You’ll run the crew, drive safe delivery and take pride in quality work done right. The Role

- Lead, coach and coordinate drainage crews on site.
- Manage plant, labour, subcontractors, materials and daily priorities.
- Read plans, set up works and keep projects moving safely.
- Drive quality, productivity, environmental standards and program delivery.
- Run pre-starts, toolbox talks,



inspections, ITPs and site diaries.

You’ll Bring

- Proven civil drainage or civil construction supervision experience for contractors.
- Solid knowledge of stormwater, sewer, water mains, earthworks and underground services.
- Confidence with pipe laying, excavation, lasers, grade setting, compaction and testing.
- Strong leadership, clear communication and practical problem-solving.
- A genuine safety-first mindset.
- Schedule 26, trade qualifications, PVC pipe-laying or poly-welding tickets highly regarded.
