We’re partnered with a well-established mining organisation seeking an experienced HR Advisor in MT ISA supporting site-based operations.
This is a hands-on role working closely with leaders on site, providing support across the full employee lifecycle including employee relations, workforce planning, and day-to-day HR delivery.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring consistent HR practices across site while contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day HR support across site operations
• Support leaders with employee relations matters, including investigations and case management
• Assist with workforce planning and recruitment activities
• Support performance management and development processes
• Contribute to enterprise agreement application and IR processes
• Drive engagement, culture, and wellbeing initiatives
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across site
About You
• Experience in a HR Advisor role within mining or heavy industry
• Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and IR processes
• Confident supporting leaders in a site-based environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Practical, solutions-focused approach
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Current driver’s licence
