Job Description
The Senior Partner Manager is a strategic, revenue-driving role responsible for acquiring and onboarding net-new business, while developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of Indie Agencies. This role combines full-cycle sales, account strategy and digital marketing expertise to drive revenue growth and partner success.
Senior Partner Managers act as trusted advisors, working directly with agencies to identify opportunities and close deals for new business. The Senior Partner Manager leverages digital advertising expertise to navigate complex sales cycles and agency relationships. They collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable results. Agency engagement, networking, and building strong relationships across multiple key decision makers will be central to day‑to‑day responsibilities, and the role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, data-driven execution, and stakeholder management across complex business structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales conversations with agencies, focused on activating accounts and working to grow depth of active accounts in agency portfolios.
- Develop and implement full-funnel sales strategies for net-new business, activating new clients and facilitating platform onboarding.
- Manage and grow digital marketing agency relationships, leveraging Learning Sessions, Media Plans, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), to drive revenue, retention, and market share expansion.
- Maintain a strong understanding of agency client portfolios, planning cycles, and business priorities to unlock incremental growth.
- Collaborate with agency leadership to align on strategy, product adoption, and mutual success metrics.
- Lead complex, consultative conversations with senior decision‑makers, uncovering business objectives and positioning tailored digital advertising solutions to address partner challenges.
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-impact agency partners, owning relationships from prospecting through onboarding and ensuring a smooth handoff to Account Managers.
- Deliver on monthly and quarterly revenue KPIs and agreed performance objectives
- Maintain accurate pipeline, account activity,
and forecasting in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Maintain core sales capabilities, including objection handling, active listening, and value‑based communication.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualification
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Sales, and/or Account Management, with exposure to full-cycle sales or ongoing account ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience managing client or partner relationships in fast paced, performance-driven environments.
- Strong consultative selling skills, including discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
- Ability to manage priorities, maintain pipeline discipline, and execute against revenue goals.
- Experience in digital advertising, ad tech, SaaS, or media platforms.
- Experience working with agency partners.
- Hands‑on experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline, account management, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills for executive-level audiences.
- Familiarity with digital media buying, attribution, and marketing funnel concepts.
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
- Bachelor’s degree.
