ABOUT THE ROLE
We are recruiting FRP Supervisors to work on a 2/1 FIFO roster who have a genuine interest to positively influence construction crews and promote a memorable culture, to join a large scale FRP Tunnel infrastructure project in NSW.

Your overall responsibility is to provide onsite supervisory coordination and oversite of the construction workforce including direct labour (FRP) execute construction works safely, efficiently, and effectively.

ABOUT YOU





- Demonstrated experience at Supervisory level managing a self-perform FRP crew with a Civil contractor.
- Experience with Tunnel construction expertise using DOKA / Travelling formwork system
- Demonstrated safety and environmental behaviour
- Self-starter, with well-developed organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to problem solve
