Client Relationship Advisor

Brisbane CBD | 2–3 days per week | $120k–$130k + super pro rata

A newly created opportunity has become available for a well-connected Client Relationship Advisor to join a leading professional services business and support the continued growth of its Queensland presence.

This is a business development-first role focused on building and deepening relationships across the Queensland property and construction sector. You will take ownership of strategic BD activity across the market.

The Role

- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for Queensland.
- Identify and map key clients, consultants, sectors and market opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships through coffees, meetings, B2Bs, roundtables and industry events.
- Attend client meetings independently and support senior leaders with key BD activity.
- Identify relevant industry events, sponsorships and networking opportunities.




- Capture market intelligence, leads and opportunities within the CRM.
- Support client engagement events, marketing initiatives and key proposals.

About You You will be a confident and proactive relationship builder with:

- 3–4+ years' experience within the Queensland property or construction sector.
- An established network and strong understanding of the local market.
- A genuine business development and relationship-building mindset.
- The confidence to independently engage with clients, consultants and industry stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, organisation and CRM discipline.
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.

This is a adaptable part-time opportunity, with the successful candidate working 2–3 days per week in the Brisbane CBD office. Standard hours are 8:30am–5:30pm, with flexibility around the working arrangement for the right person.
