About the role
We're looking for a Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex problems and driving real improvement across SAP supply chain operations.
In this role, you'll dig into processes, systems, data and business rules to understand what's really going on, then turn that insight into practical, achievable solutions. You'll be the bridge between business needs and technical delivery, building clear requirements documentation, mapping current and future states, and guiding stakeholders through change with confidence and clarity.
What you'll do
- Investigate business challenges, constraints and ways of working to uncover what needs to change
- Shape smart, fit for purpose recommendations grounded in solid analysis
- Produce polished documentation (BRDs, RTMs, user stories, functional specs) that keeps everyone aligned
- Communicate findings and recommendations in a way that lands with stakeholders at every level
- Support solution validation, implementation and testing from start to finish
What you bring
- 5+ years in Business Analysis
- Around 5 years in SAP order-to-cash processes
- Experience on SAP implementations or large, tech-driven supply chain projects
- A collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management instincts
- Comfort working across both linear and iterative delivery approaches
- Solid grasp of business analysis methodologies
- Collaborative, adaptable and cool under pressure with competing priorities
- Strong communicator - written and verbal
- CBAP/CCBA certifications is a bonus
You would be working in a fun, agile team at an industry-leading organisation, where the people and culture are the best parts of the role!
Apply today! We are looking to recruit for this role immediately and will progress with interviews this coming week. Please note that we can only accept candidates with a max 2 weeks' notice period at this stage.
