Join a recognised specialist disputes practice where you'll work closely with experienced Partners on complex commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency matters.

Our client is a well-established specialist disputes practice advising businesses, insolvency practitioners, financial institutions and private clients on complex commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency, cross-border disputes, and enforcement and asset recovery matters.

Despite its boutique size, the firm handles sophisticated work more commonly associated with much larger practices. Continued growth has created an opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a collaborative team where lawyers work closely with experienced Partners, gain early responsibility and develop through hands-on involvement in high-quality matters.

The Opportunity

You'll become involved in matters from early strategy and advice through to mediation, trial preparation, enforcement and resolution, providing exposure to the full lifecycle of complex commercial disputes rather than a single stage of a matter.

Your work will include exposure to:

- Commercial litigation and dispute resolution
- Restructuring and insolvency
- Cross-border disputes
- Enforcement and asset recovery
- Shareholder and contractual disputes





Depending on your level of experience, you'll progressively take ownership of more complex matters, work directly with clients and counsel, contribute to litigation strategy and, at Senior Associate level, mentor junior lawyers while continuing to develop your own practice.

To Be Successful, You Will Have

- 3+ years' PAE in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, restructuring or insolvency
- Solid drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to build strong client relationships while managing matters effectively
- Excellent communication skills, sound commercial judgement and a genuine interest in developing within a specialist disputes practice
