The Firm

An established Melbourne CBD law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer (3-5 PAE) to join its growing disputes team.

The firm is known for delivering commercially focused advice to a broad client base and offers lawyers the opportunity to work on high-quality, complex matters within a genuinely collaborative environment.

The Role & Team

Working alongside experienced litigators, you will be exposed to a broad range of commercial disputes from inception through to resolution. The team handles a diverse mix of matters, providing excellent variety and regular client contact.

Matters include:

- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Corporate and personal insolvency matters
- Property and retail leasing disputes
- Competition and consumer law matters
- Professional negligence claims




- Equity and defamation disputes
- Insurance coverage matters
- Court appearances, interlocutory applications, mediations and settlement negotiations across the major Victorian courts

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of matters while continuing to receive strong mentoring and support from senior practitioners.
