Job description

You'll play a key role in delivering a broad range of construction projects valued from $500K up to $80M, working across multiple active sites rather than being permanently based on one project. This position offers plenty of variety, exposure to different project types and the chance to further develop your career with a business that has a healthy pipeline of secured work.

Projects include commercial buildings, education facilities, healthcare, industrial developments, residential construction, government works and community infrastructure. Some regional travel may be required depending on project locations.

About the Role
Working alongside Project Managers and site teams, you'll take ownership of day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise daily site operations across a range of construction projects.
- Manage subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site resources.
- Drive construction programs to achieve project milestones and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor quality, productivity and workmanship on site.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project documentation and specifications.
- Identify site issues early and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track.
- Assist with programming, planning and resource coordination.




- Manage site safety and maintain compliance with WHS requirements.
- Attend site meetings and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.

About You To be successful, you'll ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Site Foreman, General Foreman or Site Supervisor within commercial construction on porjects valued above $40M.
- The ability to confidently oversee multiple projects and prioritise competing demands.
- Robust leadership skills with the ability to coordinate trades and subcontractors effectively.
- A solid understanding of construction methodology, quality assurance and WHS legislation.
- A proactive approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A current driver's licence and flexibility to travel between project locations when required.
