The Role: Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Lead and support a team of up to 20 across FOH and BOH
- Drive service, speed and consistency in a high-volume environment
- Coach and develop your team through hands-on training and feedback
- Build a positive culture where people perform and grow
- Step up operationally and help deliver robust results across every shift
What We're Looking For
- Previous Supervisor or Assistant Manager experience is ideal,
but strong Department Managers with 2+ years leadership experience are encouraged to apply
- A natural leader who thrives in high-energy, busy service environments
- Solid communication skills and a genuine focus on customer experience
- Someone who takes pride in developing others and building strong teams
- A growth mindset and hunger to progress your career
