As the Restaurant Manager, you'll take ownership of your restaurant, leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales, profitability and team engagement. - Leadership experience within casual dining, QSR or food retail




- A positive, motivated leader who enjoys getting the best out of their team
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads from the front
- Confident managing daily restaurant operations, including customer service, staffing, compliance, food safety and resolving operational challenges
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt and continuously improve
