Accenture's Talent & Organisation (T&O;) practice is growing in Canberra, and we're looking to connect with talented Consultants, Managers and Senior Managers who are interested in working on some of Australia's most significant transformation programs.

What you'll do

As part of our Talent & Organisation team, you'll work alongside clients to:

- Design and deliver people-centric transformation programs.

- Develop and implement change management strategies.

- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

- Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and training initiatives.

- Support workforce and organisational transformation.

- Help clients embed sustainable change and realise the value of transformation.

What we're looking for

We're interested in candidates with:

- Consulting experience or experience delivering complex transformation programs.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- The ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

- Experience across government, Defence or large enterprise organisations is highly regarded.





Defence experience and/or an Australian Government Security Clearance are beneficial but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates who are interested in building a consulting career supporting Defence and Federal Government clients.
