We'relooking for a compassionate and committed Youth Support Worker tojoin our team in Longreach. In this role you'll work directly withyoung people to improve their safety, wellbeing and futureopportunites.

What will a typical day look like?

- Provide casemanagement and individualised support to young people withcomplex needs
- Facilitate accessto secure housing, education, employment, and communityengagement
- Support culturalconnection and reduce risk-taking behaviours
- Collaborate withfamilies, schools, and community services
- Maintainhigh-quality records and contribute to programoutcomes
- Deliver earlyintervention strategies and therapeutic support

MandatoryRequirements:

- Certificate IV orhigher in a discipline relating to the Behavioural Sciences orequivalent.

- Astrong communicator, able to quickly build rapport andinfluence across a diverse range of people.

- Ability to obtain aBlue Card (working with children check positive notice orexemption)
