This is an opportunity to lead the technology agenda for a large and evolving national services organisation recognised for operational excellence, service quality and innovation.

As Executive General Manager, Information Technology, you will hold accountability for the end-to-end technology function, leading internal teams and managed service providers across a complex multi-site network. A key mandate will be establishing and strengthening an independent technology capability while delivering major migration, integration and optimisation initiatives that support performance.





We are seeking an accomplished technology executive with a robust background in highly regulated, compliance-driven environments. You will bring experience leading large-scale technology functions, managing outsourced providers, strengthening cyber security and governance frameworks, and delivering complex transformation programs.

Success in this role will require exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes. You will combine strategic leadership with operational discipline, ensuring technology remains secure, effective and aligned to organisational priorities.
