We are seeking a passionate and experiencedClinical Nurse Manager – Community Health to leada multidisciplinary team within the Pilbara Population Health Unit.This is a dynamic leadership opportunity where you will drive thedelivery of high-quality, client-centred care while empoweringindividuals, families, and communities to take ownership of theirhealth and wellbeing.

In this pivotal role, you will provide strongclinical and operational leadership across community healthprograms, guiding and developing a high-performing team whileensuring best practice, evidence-based care. You will overseeservice delivery, manage resources, and contribute to strategicplanning, all while fostering a cooperative and culturallyresponsive environment.

You will play a key role in shaping anddelivering impactful health promotion and primary healthinitiatives, monitoring outcomes, and continuously improvingservices to achieve meaningful community health outcomes. With afocus on safety, quality, and innovation, you will apply advancedclinical expertise and sound judgement in complex situations,ensuring services meet the highest professional and legislativestandards.

About You

- Registered (or eligible for registration)with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Proven experience in child and communityhealth nursing
- Strong understanding of Primary HealthCare principles and community development
- Demonstrated leadership, team management,and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced problem-solving,decision-making, and analytical abilities
- Experience working in cross-culturalenvironments, particularly with Aboriginalcommunities
- Current immunisation certificate anddemonstrated experience delivering immunisationservices
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislationincluding equal opportunity, disability services, and workplacehealth & safety
- Qualifications in healthleadership or management




- Postgraduatequalifications in community health, maternal and child health,midwifery, or immunisation
