We are seeking an experienced Franchise Growth Manager to help grow our national network.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Based at our Support Office in Moorabbin with the opportunity for hybrid working arrangements, this role is responsible for engaging and recruiting prospective residential builders to our network.

You will manage candidates from initial enquiry through to joining, helping independent builders understand the Hotondo Homes model and assessing whether they are the right fit for the network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Follow up leads generated through marketing campaigns and referral channels
- Identify recent franchise recruitment opportunities through research, networking, referrals and industry engagement
- Build strong relationships with prospective franchise partners
- Understand each candidate’s business experience,



goals and motivations
- Present the Hotondo Homes franchise opportunity clearly
- Assess candidates against established selection criteria
- Work with internal teams to support a smooth transition into onboarding
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity within the CRM

- Proven success in sales, recruitment or business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence engaging with business owners and conducting proactive outreach
- Strong organisation, follow-up and pipeline management skills
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a broader team
