HR Business Partner

Southbank, Melbourne

We are seeking a high‑energy, confident HR Business Partner who excels at building strong relationships, influencing leaders, and delivering both strategic and hands‑on people initiatives.

This role supports Supply Chain Management and Enabling Functions , partnering closely with Business Unit and Functional leaders to deliver HR initiatives that lift performance, build capability, and strengthen engagement and culture. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced workplace and brings a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.

What You’ll be Doing

Strategic & Operational HR

- Deliver HR strategies aligned to business goals
- Support short‑and long‑term people initiatives




- Contribute to organisational design and change activities
- Use HR insights and data to guide decisions

Talent, Capability & Workforce Planning

- Lead succession planning, talent reviews and capability development
- Support workforce planning, job evaluation and benchmarking
- Collaborate with leaders on capability roadmaps
- Assist to drive recruitment planning strategies

Performance, Rewards & HR Cycles

- Guide leaders through performance reviews and goal setting
- Support annual salary and bonus review cycles
- Prepare compensation modelling and salary proposals
- Provide advice on performance improvement where needed

What You’ll Bring

- HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist experience
- High effectiveness in supply chain environments — you understand the pace, complexity and operational demands of supply chain, logistics and warehousing, and can partner confidently with leaders in these functions
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
- Experience across talent, performance, reward and organisational change
- Ability to interpret and use HR data and metrics
- Experience with SuccessFactors (advantage)
