What you’ll do

- Coordinate vehicle intake, prep, and delivery readiness.
- Work with workshop planning to align bookings and deadlines.
- Keep customers updated on milestones and timelines.
- Maintain clear internal checklists and handover documentation.
- Spot bottlenecks and improve processes over time.

What we’re looking for

- Solid organisation and calm communication under pressure.
- Comfort managing multiple timelines and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and documentation.

Nice to have

- Experience in automotive operations, logistics, or service coordination.
- Comfort working with CRMs and spreadsheets.
