We're looking for a passionate Clinical Workplace Trainer to join our team on a full-time basis and help shape the future of clinical excellence across our organisation. In this dynamic role, you'll lead engaging training programs, assess competencies, and drive professional development for assessors, ensuring we continue to meet the highest standards of compliance with My Aged Care and Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) requirements.
This is more than just a training role. You'll collaborate with teams across the organisation to design cutting-edge learning experiences and facilitate virtual and face-to-face workshops. Your expertise will help shape how we learn, grow, and deliver outcomes for the people we support.

The role:
- Deliver engaging induction, onboarding and ongoing clinical training programs
- Conduct competency assessments and support workforce capability development
- Partner with internal leaders, subject matter experts, My Aged Care and DVA stakeholders
- Design and continuously improve learning materials and programs
- Analyse training outcomes and implement targeted improvements
- Maintain compliance with legislative, accreditation and audit requirements
- Provide coaching, mentoring and feedback to clinical staff and assessors
About you:
- Experience delivering training and assessing competency
- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of aged care, assessment services or community care (highly regarded)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
What to bring?
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
- Relevant clinical qualification e.g. Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Social Worker
- Minimum two-years’ experience delivering training
- Minimum one year experience within aged care
