BOQ Group is hiring a Customer Relations Consultant – EDR for a 12-month contract. You will manage escalated customer complaints, lead investigations, and prepare compliant responses while coordinating with Legal and internal teams to secure fair outcomes in line with regulatory requirements.

You will identify trends and root causes to drive continuous improvement and ensure high standards of customer fairness across the group.
