WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

Join our People and Culture Team as the Principal Consultant - Workforce Planning providing strategic leadership for workforce planning across BHFLHN, leading the development and implementation of workforce strategies, programs and projects that support organisational priorities and service delivery objectives.

In this role is responsible for workforce analytics, strategic workforce planning, recruitment and attraction initiatives, workforce mobility, succession planning and capability development. Through the provision of expert advice and data-driven insights, the position supports Executive decision-making, optimises workforce performance and enables a sustainable, agile workforce aligned with BHFLHN's current and future needs.

WHERE AND HOW YOU WILL WORK

In this role you will be required to work in our Regional Offices in the Adelaide CBD 2 - 3 days per week and enjoy working from home or from one of our many sites on other days of the week - flexibility is offered in regard to what days you work in the city to assist you in creating a work-life balance. Enjoy the flexibility of being mobile whilst supporting our sites across our region.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

In this role you will.....

- Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives that support BHFLHN's current and future service delivery needs,



including workforce strategy, workforce modelling, analytics, risk management and organisational workforce sustainability.
- Provide expert workforce advice and insights to Executive and senior leaders, supporting informed decision-making, workforce reform, business planning and organisational performance.
- Drive workforce projects and continuous improvement through the development, implementation and evaluation of innovative workforce solutions, ensuring alignment with quality, governance and strategic objectives.
- Build strong stakeholder partnerships and lead consultation processes with consumers, executives, government agencies and external partners to influence workforce outcomes and support organisational change.
- Lead attraction, recruitment and retention strategies that strengthen workforce capability, address workforce shortages and promote BHFLHN as an employer of choice.
- Ensure compliance with governance, policy and legislative requirements, while supporting a culture of accountability, quality improvement and organisational excellence.
- Develop workforce capability and foster a high-performing culture through effective leadership, professional development, collaboration and the promotion of BHFLHN values.
