We've got exciting opportunities for a motivated Senior/Assistant Manager/Manager to step into a client-facing, leadership-focused role with real career progression, working closely with Directors and Principals involved in every client engagements.
The Role
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries and sectors.
- Review financial statements, income tax returns, and BASs prepared by junior team members.
- Work across key tax areas - CGT, GST, FBT, Div 7A, PSI, and trust distributions.
- Identify tax planning opportunities and provide business advice.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships, in line with the firm's personalised, integrated service approach.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to workflow efficiency.
Senior Accountants
- Completed or near completion of CA/CPA with 3–6 years' Australian public practice experience.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Opportunity to work on both compliance and advisory projects.
- Management opportunities in the pipeline for the right candidate.
Approx. $90k–$120k package.
6+ years' Australian public practice experience, or experience working in a manager or assistant manager capacity.
Experience managing a client portfolio and leading/supervising a team.
Approx. $120k–$160k package.
