Responsibilities

- Engage exec‑level prospects to understand where their CX, AI and Service gaps sit
- Drive high‑value pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting
- Partner closely with Account Executives, Product and Marketing to run coordinated plays into priority accounts
- Qualify opportunities with a consultative, value‑led approach
- Own and manage your pipeline with discipline, clarity and a premium customer experience
- Be part of an onsite team (3 days a week in Melbourne) that learns, iterates and grows together

Qualifications

- 2+ years in a sales or business development role (SMB, Commercial or Enterprise)
- Competitive, resilient, self‑starting mindset
- Curiosity for AI, SaaS and modern GTM motion
- Clear, confident communication – written and verbal
- Strong desire to build a long‑term career in software sales
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Hybrid Work

This role requires attendance at our local office for part of the week. The specific in‑office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager. The hybrid experience is designed to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration, while also providing flexibility to work remotely for part of the week.
