As a result of ongoing growth and strategic expansion, we are seeking a customer‑centric operational leader to optimise operations, develop high‑performing teams, and contribute to the strategic expansion of the Transformers business unit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve top level business KPIs: margin, EBIT, revenue, HSEQ and employee retention
- Develop and execute plans to support the above as well as sustainable growth
- Driving service delivery, project management, production, cost, and quality standards
- Managing workforce planning and resource solutions initiatives
- Delivering strategic growth of the national operations
- Leading and developing the team to play pivotal roles in performance, growth and expansion
- Championing systemic business improvement and integration activities
ABOUT YOU
- Strong technical understanding and industry experience in transformers
- Proven ability to manage customer expectations and relationships delivering growth
- Financial literacy and ability to interpret financial/operational data and work to budgetary constraints
- Proven experience / ability to lead and engage cross functional teams in a service delivery / manufacturing / project environment
- Aptitude to drive business/operational system improvements
- Proven ability to drive improvements and implement cutting-edge solutions
