MSS Security is seeking a Full Time Concierge Security Officer to join our team in Southbank. The role involves a combination of security duties and customer service, including monitoring premises, controlling access and assisting guests.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent concierge and customer service to clients, visitors and staff.
- Monitor and patrol premises to ensure a secure environment.
- Manage access control and security systems.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies as required, following security protocols.
- Monitor entry and exit points to ensure that only authorised individuals have access to the premises.
- Conduct regular security checks, including inspecting security cameras, alarms and other monitoring equipment.
Requirements:
- Full Australian working rights.
- Valid Victorian Security licence.
- First Aid and CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).
- Availability to work Monday to Friday .
