Castlery in Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager to support the launch of our current Melbourne showroom. You will partner with the Showroom Manager to drive sales, monitor performance, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You’ll lead, coach, and motivate a small team, coordinate local events, and collaborate with Marketing on product launches.
