Aussie Broadband is hiring a Senior Manager, Service Design to shape end-to-end service and digital experiences. You will lead the Product Experience and Digital Channels teams, driving alignment between service design, digital delivery and business priorities.
You will define and execute the service experience strategy, embed customer-first practices, and build capability to uplift maturity across the function while delivering measurable improvements in satisfaction and efficiency.
