This position can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

This is an international property developer rapidly building out a data centre portfolio, backed by global investors with deep, proven experience in the sector. While the Australian business is a well-established fund manager, developer and asset manager, it is at the start of its data centre journey. You won't inherit a well-oiled machine; you'll help build one.

Why this role

You'll drive 500MW+ developments on the east coast of Australia. They are among the largest in the Asia-Pacific and career-defining by any measure. You'll help shape the strategy and drive delivery on the ground, with real firepower behind you and capital and customer relationships already in place.

The big global players are structurally siloed. This role isn't. You'll have genuine breadth and the work won't become repetitive.

The biggest prospect is you'll get in early, when the runway is longest. As the business scales, so does the role.

What you'll actually do





Steer sites through their most critical phase: feasibility analysis; project staging; securing power; shaping design and pulling the commercial levers that keep multi-billion-dollar projects moving. You'll sit at the table where strategy gets made, not handed to you.

As projects progress, you will oversee them through delivery but the focus for the next couple of years is getting them into construction.

Is this for you?

You've had min 10 years in development delivering projects end to end. You’ve held a senior role managing data centre developments across feasibility analysis, power supply, design and approvals. You will have secured power and grid connections for large scale developments.

You’re commercial, entrepreneurial and energised by building something as you go, rather than unsettled by ambiguity.

You might already be here in Australia. You might be an Australian working overseas in the US or Europe, years ahead of us and ready to bring that experience home.
