Overview

Join a global leader supervising construction on large‑scale warehouse automation projects as a Site Supervisor. The role delivers projects for major customer sites in a supportive team workplace.

Opportunities

The position is an 18‑month full‑time fixed‑term contract based in Acacia Ridge, QLD, with potential extension. You will coordinate installation, commissioning and engineering activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and review drawings and plans for mechanical and electrical installations.
- Liaise with clients, direct builders and sub‑contractors.
- Promote innovation, improvement, risk identification and safety management covering OH&S; and the environment.
- Obtain necessary materials and resources.
- Organise and supervise inspection and maintenance of installed equipment.
- Manage sub‑contractors day‑to‑day.
- Coordinate regular inspections of works for quality assurance.
- Implement commissioning.
- Ensure safe installation procedures.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor/Manager on large capital projects.




- Mechanical and/or Electrical trade background.
- Technical knowledge of material handling equipment a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of WHSE requirements.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office.
- Availability to travel interstate and overseas (APAC region) when required.
