We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Parramatta. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoys working with people.
Responsibilities
- Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages.
- Communicate effectively with both new and regular customers.
- Promote the Piccolo Me Loyalty program.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work setting.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Adhere to recipe and presentation standards, including latte art for coffees.
- Be punctual and maintain regular and consistent attendance.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience handling 6–8 kilos of coffee on shift.
- Proficiency with POS and cash handling.
- Food handling and serving knowledge.
