Creative, hands‑on role to make your own
Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, passionate and technically-skilled Videographer and Video Editor to produce engaging and high‑quality social media and brand‑focused videos.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll film and edit engaging videos for our core retainer clients, which operate across the property, construction, professional services and mining services industries.
Most of the video content you produce will be for Linked In, and other traditional social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Youtube. You’ll also get opportunities to work on bigger projects, such as client brand videos, and testimonial and case study videos.
While our clients are professional in nature, that doesn’t mean boring video content. You’ll be tasked with producing dynamic videos that follow accepted social media conventions and use appropriate hooks, pacing, storytelling and graphics.
Our client base is also extremely close‑knit meaning company directors will know you by name, genuinely appreciate your high‑quality work and are keen to keep shoots fun and light‑hearted.
What you’ll be doing:
- Capture professional‑quality footage including interviews, podcasts, b‑roll and drone (if licensed).
- Optimise studio lighting and sound to capture every shoot at the highest possible standard, including for multi‑camera set ups.
- Work on‑site across varied locations to from offices to workshops to construction sites.
Editing
- Edit footage using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Create polished videos for different platforms to Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, websites.
- Handle colour grading, audio mixing and basic motion graphics.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years full‑time of videography and video editing experience (either as a freelancer, for an agency or in‑house role).
- Sound technical knowledge operating DSLR, mirrorless and cinema‑line cameras.
- Can confidently set up professional lighting and audio on every shoot, so your videos look polished and sound crystal clear.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, including colour grading, sound mix, captioning and motion titles.
- Proven experience producing dynamic and engaging videos for social media.
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to shoot locations across Perth and occasionally regional WA.
- Strong communication skills and proactive attitude.

- You’re technically strong, but what really drives you is a genuine love of the craft and an unwillingness to settle for anything less than your best work.
Remuneration
This role is part time 3 days per week with an annual salary of 42,000 + 12% super (equivalent full time of 70,000 + super).??
There is also the opportunity for additional paid days from time to time.
