Queen Repairs is a specialist gaming console repair business based in Sydney. We repair, restore and customise Play Station, Xbox, Nintendo and retro gaming consoles, with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

About the Role
You'll diagnose, repair and refurbish a wide range of gaming consoles while providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service. Every day brings something different, from contemporary console repairs to restoring retro systems.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Play Station, Xbox, Nintendo and retro gaming consoles
- Perform hardware repairs, upgrades and refurbishments
- Soldering and, where experienced, microsoldering repairs
- Test and quality-check completed repairs
- Assist customers with technical advice and repair enquiries
- Help maintain a clean, organised workshop
What We're Looking For (Essential)
- Genuine passion for video games and gaming consoles
- Previous hands-on experience repairing gaming consoles, computers, laptops,
mobile phones, tablets or similar electronics
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- Experience repairing gaming consoles
- Soldering experience
- Microsoldering experience
- Customer service or retail experience
Training & Growth
We'll provide training to teach you our repair procedures, quality standards and workflows. However, we're looking for someone who already has a solid technical foundation and is eager to develop into a specialist console repair technician.
This role starts as a casual part-time position, with a genuine opportunity to progress to full-time for the right person. Our goal is to invest in someone who can grow with the business and become a key member of the team.
