We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Brand Representative to drive the growth of Skills Centre Australia, while also supporting business development opportunities for Komplete Care.

This newly created role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the community, thrives on achieving results and wants the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, your primary focus will be growing Skills Centre Australia by developing relationships with disability and aged care providers, allied health professionals, employment service providers and other key referral sources. You'll also identify referral opportunities that support the growth of Komplete Care.

Skills Centre Australia is a disability and aged care industry training centre specialising in carer and clinical care, delivering quality training that helps build a skilled and capable workforce for professional providers and personal carers.

Komplete Care is a trusted registered Support at Home & NDIS Australian provider of disability, aged care and private in-home support services.

About the Role

Based at our Kilburn head office, you'll spend much of your time out in the community building referral networks, promoting our training programs and identifying new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building referral relationships for Skills Centre Australia.
- Promoting training programs to disability and aged care providers, allied health professionals, employment service providers and other industry stakeholders.
- Generating new leads, referrals, enrolments and group trainings.
- Conducting meetings,



presentations and attending networking events and industry expos.
- Supporting business growth opportunities for Komplete Care through referral development.
- Working closely with the Marketing Team and Skills Centre Australia Training Team to promote campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate activity records and working towards set KPIs.

Regular metropolitan travel and occasional regional travel will be required. A company vehicle is available during work hours, with approved travel and networking expenses covered.

About You

You're a genuine people person who enjoys building relationships and isn't afraid to start conversations. You're self-motivated, organised and driven to achieve results.

You'll bring:

- Experience in sales, business development, account management or a relationship-focused role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence working independently and managing your own schedule.
- A current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.

Experience within the disability, aged care or training sectors is highly regarded but not essential.

The successful applicant must also hold, or be willing to obtain:

- National Police Clearance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
