About You
You'll be a practical manufacturing leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems and creating an efficient production environment.
You'll also demonstrate:
- A hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside the production team when required.
- Strong organisational skills together with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure whilst balancing competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong accountability and the ability to earn respect through actions rather than position.
Trade qualifications, mechanical aptitude, experience within construction-related manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing or 5S exposure, together with strong Microsoft Office and Excel capability will be highly regarded.
Why Join Studform?
This is a genuine succession opportunity within a successful South Australian manufacturer, where you'll be given the time and support to transition into the role before taking full responsibility.
You'll inherit an established operation, work alongside an experienced leadership team and have genuine influence over future improvements to systems, processes and operational performance.
Most importantly, you'll join a business that values humility, accountability and teamwork over hierarchy. If you're looking for autonomy, stability and the opportunity to make a lasting contribution within a respected local manufacturer, this role deserves serious consideration.
