About the role:

We are seeking a well presented, highly motivated go-getter who will use their knowledge, client focus, drive and enthusiasm to connect people with property, all the while building a fulfilling long term residential real estate sales career. The successful applicant will be required to:

Build and maintain relationships with clients and related professionals

Conduct property appraisals

List and sell residential properties

Conduct property inspections with prospective buyers

Manage property marketing campaigns

Provide exceptional communication to clients

Prospect for current listing opportunities

Manage the sales transaction from start to finish with the assistance of dedicated sales support staff

Continuously educate yourself on the local real estate market and stay informed about industry trends

Utilise technology and other tools to generate leads & stay organised

About you:

We are looking for an honest, experienced, disciplined and motivated sales consultant,



preferably with a strong community network in the south-east corridor of Perth. The successful candidate will also require:

A current Certificate of Registration

Experience in the real estate industry in a sales role

A proven ability to connect with people from different cultures within our local marketplace, including the ability to speak relevant languages other than English

A current WA driver's license and reliable vehicle

A hunger for delivering great results through outstanding customer service

A proactive approach to prospecting, utilising different forms of media

The ability to work as part of a fast paced, results driven team and contribute new ideas
