Summary:

As a Barista at our North Sydney Shoppingworld location, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. This permanent, full-time position within the Defence & Military sector requires a passion for coffee and customer service, ensuring that every beverage is crafted to perfection while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your contributions will support our commitment to quality and excellence in service.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating areas
- Engage with customers to provide a friendly and productive service
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately




- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation and customer service standards

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions
