The Role
A true 360 desk with full ownership and no geographical limits across Australia. You'll be backed to build, scale and run it like it's your own:

- Manage and grow your desk end-to-end
- Proactively headhunt and engage high-quality talent
- Write strong, realistic job briefs and adverts
- Run the full lifecycle: screening, interviews, shortlisting, offers
- Build genuine client relationships by phone and face-to-face
- Win new business through delivery, referrals and trust

What you'll bring

- 1–2 years' experience as a 360 recruiter
- Perth / WA based




- Robust client relationship skills (phone and face-to-face)
- Ability to source across multiple industries
- Confidence managing briefs, adverts, interviews and placements
- An ownership mindset and drive to grow your desk
- Clear, consistent communication
