High Risk Trainer & Assessor

High Risk Training Academy is one of Western Australia's leading providers of High Risk Work Licence training, Verification of Competency (VOC) assessments, and nationally recognised safety training. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Full time Trainer & Assessor to join our expanding team.

What's on Offer

- $150,000 – $170,000 package (inclusive of superannuation) + Company Vehicle

- Support to obtain your WorkSafe WA Assessor's Licence (for suitable applicants)

About the Role

As a Trainer & Assessor, you will deliver nationally recognised training and conduct practical training across a range of High Risk Work Licence classes. You'll work with individuals and corporate clients, delivering engaging, hands-on training while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122).

- Current High Risk Work Licences in some or all of the following classes:

- DG, RB, RI, CO, CN, CV, C6, LF , WP





- Current Australian Driver's Licence.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- A positive attitude and commitment to safety.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Already hold a WorkSafe WA Assessor's Licence? Fantastic!

Don't have your WorkSafe Assessor's Licence yet? If you hold some or all of the above High Risk Work Licences together with your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122), we'll support the right candidate to obtain their WorkSafe WA Assessor Accreditation.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

Applicants with experience training and assessing in the following nationally recognised courses will be highly regarded: Non Friable Asbestos, Demolition, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, Gas Testing Atmospheres
