The Role

Your role as Restaurant Manager will be to lead daily operations, drive strong business performance, and deliver exceptional experiences for the team and customers. You'll build a positive culture, develop your team, and ensure the restaurant operates to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Previous QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) management experience is essential, along with the ability to lead high-performing teams in a quick-paced environment.

Skills & Attributes

- Proven experience managing high-volume hospitality or quick service operations.
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience in rostering, performance planning, inventory control, and P&L; accountability.
- Confident communicator with strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Sound understanding of health, safety, food safety, and workplace compliance requirements.
