Our Clients are leaders in their fields specialising predominantly in providing services throughout the Perth Metro area. Currently they are looking for experienced Industrial Painter/Blasters for Workshop, Perth Metro & Site Based works.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Conduct corrosion repair on structural steel, ensuring compliance with site specifications.
- Proven experience in industrial painting and abrasive blasting
- Utilize industry-standard techniques to meet safety and quality standards
- Execution of accurate surface preparation techniques, ensuring optimal paint adhesion and enhancing overall finish quality.
- Prepare surfaces and apply coatings to ensure quality finishes on structural steel & associated materials.
You will also require:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Painting & Blasting.
- Confined Space & Working at Heights
- Construction White Card
- National Police Clearance within 12 months (highly regarded but not essential)
- High Risk License - WP (highly regarded but not essential)
- Drivers License & reliable transport
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to pass D&A; Screen + Medical
- Hard worker who takes pride in their work
- Enthusiastic, keen & have the ability to think for yourself while assisting ours in the team as needed
- Physically fit for heavy work
- A minimum of 2 years Coating Inspection experience in Painting & Blasting.
- A strong passion and understanding of safety, quality processes and procedures.
