AIRBNB CLEANERS & QUALITY CONTROL STAFF – IMMEDIATE START

Warehouse based in Bundall
We are expanding and looking for reliable, experienced Airbnb Cleaners to join our growing team.
We mainly require weekend cleaners, with additional weekday shifts available. We are also hiring Quality Control Staff to perform pre-checks across our apartments.
This is a contractor position (ABN required) with genuine opportunity to grow into full time roles and leadership positions.
ABOUT THE ROLE
• 4–5 days per week available
• Weekend-only work available
• Flexible rosters
• Pay per job basis
• Earn approximately $1,000 – $1,500 per week
• Immediate start
• Servicing over 115 Airbnb apartments
These are turnover cleans (guest check-out cleans).
The average clean is approximately 2 hours per property.
Payment is for time spent cleaning inside the unit (travel time is not covered).
All equipment and supplies are provided.
HOW IT WORKS
• All chemicals, vacuums, mops and consumables supplied
• Linen bags are pre-packed and ready
• You will have your own station at our Bundall warehouse
• Equipment is restocked, vacuums emptied and chemicals refilled daily by our team
Simply collect your supplies, complete your cleans, and return your equipment — we handle the setup and reset for you.
CLEANER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitisation of Airbnb properties
• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms,
kitchens and living areas to high standards
• Remove and replace linen and towels
• Restock toiletries and consumables
• Report maintenance or repair issues promptly
• Follow all cleaning and safety procedures
• Collect supplies and linen from our Bundall warehouse
QUALITY CONTROL STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform pre-arrival quality inspections
• Ensure apartments meet company standards
• Report cleaning or maintenance issues
Experience in cleaning or property inspections is preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
• Previous Airbnb cleaning or housekeeping experience (required)
• ABN
• Current Australian driver’s Licence
• Reliable vehicle
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and flexible (weekends essential)
• Available weekdays, weekends and public holidays
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to grow within the company
