Due to continued growth, an prospect has become available for an experienced Business Advisor to join the team.
About the opportunity
This role will see you work closely with Traditional Owners, leadership and external stakeholders to identify, evaluate and develop commercial opportunities that align with the organisation’s strategic objectives. Working across business planning, stakeholder engagement and project delivery, you will contribute to initiatives that create sustainable businesses and long-term community outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Identify and assess current commercial opportunities.
- Prepare business plans, feasibility studies and business cases.
- Develop governance frameworks and business management processes.
- Build strong relationships with Traditional Owners, government and industry stakeholders.
- Support the establishment and implementation of new business ventures.
To achieve these outcomes, you will work across multiple business development projects, engage with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to strategic planning activities and support employment and capacity-building initiatives.
The role offers the opportunity to influence projects from concept through to implementation while working within a purpose-driven organisation.
About you
We are looking for a commercially minded professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering practical business outcomes. You will be comfortable working across multiple projects while engaging with a broad range of stakeholders and contributing to long-term organisational objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Experience in business advisory, commercial development, strategy or a related discipline.
- Experience developing business plans, business cases or feasibility studies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Commercial and financial acumen.
- Project management experience across multiple initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A current WA Driver’s Licence and valid Australian working rights.
- The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
