About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Broker Assistant to join one of our senior broking teams. You'll play a key role in the team, managing a busy pipeline, ensuring clients and stakeholders receive regular updates and pushing loans through in a timely fashion. Your responsibilities will include;
- Liaise with banks, customers, suppliers, accountants and insurance brokers
- Collecting and preparing documents to complete finance applications
- Creating and updating client records in our CRM system
- Tracking applications from submission through to settlement
- Preparing loan documents and maintaining internal processes
- Providing after settlement service to ensure client satisfaction
What We're Looking For
This is a fantastic opportunity for some looking to grow their career in finance. Industry experience is required and we'd like to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in finance or broking (finance broking preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with confidence dealing with clients and financial institutions
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and problem-solve independently
- Ability to work within a team environment but also able to work independently to achieve results
