They inform how we treat each other, how we serve our clients, and how we show up for every project and every person involved in it.The RoleWe are looking for a Mid-Level Interior Designer to join our Erina studio and become a genuine part of how we work.This is a hands-on role working closely with studio leadership across distinctive residential projects in Sydney, the Central Coast and Newcastle. You will be involved in every phase — from initial briefing and concept design through to documentation, consultant coordination and delivery. You will take ownership of project stages, contribute to creative direction, and help ensure that design intent is carried through from the first sketch to the final finish. The role requires confidence, initiative and a transparent understanding of how a design studio functions at its best.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping design concepts, presentations and material palettesProducing documentation, schedules and specifications across all project stagesDeveloping visual presentations and client-facing materialAttending client meetings, site visits and contractor coordination meetingsAssisting with FF&E; sourcing, supplier liaison and project administrationContributing ideas,



research and design thinking throughout the creative processSupporting the delivery of multiple projects across high-end residential and business sectorsContributing positively to our culture of care, dedication and genuine enjoyment of the work.Who you areYou are a qualified Interior Designer with at least 3-4 years of hands-on residential experience within Australia, with a sound grasp of local compliance requirements and an established understanding of the supplier landscape.Your technical ability is matched by your eye for detail, and you are as comfortable on site as you are at your desk. You know that realising great design takes rigour as much as imagination.You take initiative, manage your time well and communicate with clarity — whether with clients, consultants or colleagues. You work best when you are part of a team that genuinely values every voice in the room.Residential design is where your passion sits, and you are ready to bring that passion to a studio where the work — and the way it is done — genuinely matters.What you bringMinimum 3-4 years post-graduate industry experience in residential design within Australia, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both design sensibility and documentation ability.Proficiency in ArchiCAD is highly desirable, with strong technical detailing and construction documentation skills.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.Effective hand sketching and visual communication skills.Sound knowledge of current Australian Standards and the NCC/BCA.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.Excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills, including engaging client presentation ability.PC-based working environment.Full Australian Driver’s Licence.A good sense of humour and a genuine enthusiasm for the work.Applicants must hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Permanent Residency.Salary is commensurate with experience.
