The Person Behind the Whistle
We’re seeking applicants who:

- Have previously held the position of Education Instructor

- Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and leadership potential

- Are committed to delivering high-quality water safety education across diverse communities

- Hold relevant qualifications for the role. All Positions require:

- HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

- HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid (First Aid)

- VIC Working With Children Check (Employee)





- Education Instructor (Diversity and Inclusion) also requires:

- Current LSV Community Surf Life Saving Certificate; or SLSA Bronze Medallion

- Education Instructor (Classroom and Events) and Education Program Team Leaders also require:

- Drivers Licence
