OTR Tyres, an Australian-owned national leader in tyre, wheel, and axle solutions for mining, transport, construction, and agriculture, is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Assistant Branch Manager to join our Kalgoorlie branch.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager with coordinating and overseeing all service and operational activities within the Kalgoorlie division.
- Help manage client communications and relationships.
- Supervise and support tyre fitters and other operational staff as necessary.
- Promote safety standards and encourage best practices throughout the team.
- Contribute to operational efficiency improvements and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of tyre products and their applications.
- Previous experience in the tyre industry is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, sales software, and email communication.
- Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
