About the Position

Permanent Part Time role in Launceston, Tasmania for experienced Disability Support Workers . The role involves providing quality 24/7 care in supported independent living accommodation settings (SIL/Group Homes), ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for clients.

You will provide direct support across a range of customer needs, including domestic and personal care assistance, and help clients access and maintain a positive connection to the community. Broad availability for 24/7 service, weekend and overnight shifts is required.

About You

- Ability and willingness to work shifts,



including sleepovers/active nights, weekends, public and school holidays, with significant availability.
- Resilience, confidence, and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Robust communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships.
- Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screening Check and module prior to commencement.
- Ability to use computers and learn various software/programs.
- Having a smartphone.
- Current Australian driver’s licence.
- Right to live and work in Australia.
